Cocoa: Superfood that contains more than 50 nutrients

Cocoa is made up of bioactives such as polyphenols (antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties), it is a food that provides a lot of energy, helps maintain intestinal regularity and has a satiating effect to control ideal weight, improves mood, contains vitamins from group B and is rich in minerals such as copper, manganese and magnesium.

Cocoa stimulates the production of nitric oxide in the arteries, improving blood circulation, which helps increase attention and concentration.

Keep in mind that not all poops are the same, you have to differentiate the pure one from those subjected to chemical treatments. Some studies maintain that those treated with alkalinization lose up to 60% of the flavonoids, polyphenol compounds responsible for the antioxidant effect.

Cocoa bean:

100% Peruvian cocoa of high quality, carefully selected and fermented in the fields by the same permanently trained farmers. Grains selected by varieties go through cleaning, drying and selection processes.

Cocoa Nibs:

Best Antioxidant, organic and conventional product, free of allergens

Roasted cocoa nibs: From selected cocoa beans, disinfected and roasted to the point of achieving its best aroma; shelling, pressure cracking, classification, packaging and vacuum sealing.

Raw cocoa nibs: From selected cocoa beans, washed and disinfected, roasted at a temperature below 45º C to preserve their healthy and natural properties to the maximum; it is husked, broken under pressure, classified and vacuum packed.

Cocoa Powder:

It is obtained from the cocoa cake, through mechanical processes it is reduced to fine powder, protecting the nutrients and the natural flavor.

It is a versatile ingredient for different mixes, food, pastries, drinks, etc.

We have two types of cocoa powder: Cocoa powder 10/12% and cocoa powder 20/22%

Cocoa Butter:

Highly stable and healthy natural fat; in block and in pieces

One of the most stable fats is cocoa butter, which provides a healthy dose of omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. It contains natural antioxidants as well as nutrients, oleic acid, which is the same healthy fat commonly found in olive oil, and theobromine, the powerful alkaloid that makes chocolate unique.

Cocoa paste: 100% Pure Chocolate.

It is made when cocoa beans are pressed or ground into a liquid, it is separated from the butter, it is simply unsweetened chocolate for making homemade chocolate, hot chocolate and desserts.
